These Terms & Conditions govern your use of digitalproducts.dmat.in and your enrolment in the 14 Days Digital Products Course offered by Pandiri Digital Marketing Private Limited ("we", "us", "our").
By purchasing the course or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not enrol.
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase this course. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
On successful payment, you receive:
Course delivery, class links, recordings, and support all take place through the course WhatsApp group. You are responsible for joining this group after payment.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the course and the WhatsApp group, without refund, for abusive behaviour, spamming other participants, promoting competing products, or sharing course material in breach of Section 7.
This course does not guarantee any income, earnings, or business results.
Any earning figures, ranges, or examples shown on our website, advertisements, or during classes are illustrative of general market conditions only. They are not our students' results and are not a promise or projection of what you will earn.
Your results depend entirely on your own effort, consistency, skill, niche selection, time invested, market conditions, and factors outside our control. Many participants will earn nothing, particularly if they do not apply what is taught.
This is an educational programme. It is not a business opportunity, investment scheme, franchise, or employment offer.
All course content — including live classes, recordings, slides, templates, toolkits, worksheets, and the bonus Meta Ads course — is the intellectual property of Pandiri Digital Marketing Private Limited and is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
Your enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the content for your own learning.

Breach of this section will result in immediate removal from the course without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies available under Indian copyright law.
Templates and toolkits provided during the course may be used to build and sell your own products. That is their intended purpose. You may not resell the templates themselves as standalone products.
Our refund position is set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: because this is a live, digital programme delivered in a fixed batch, refunds are not available once enrolment is complete.
We may reasonably adjust class timings, the running order of topics, or the delivery platform where necessary. If a class must be rescheduled, we will notify the WhatsApp group in advance and provide a recording.
We reserve the right to modify course content to keep it current with changes in tools and platforms.
The course teaches the use of third-party tools including Canva, Notion, Google Docs and Sheets, ChatGPT and Claude, InShot, Filmora, Razorpay, SuperProfile, Profo, Gumroad, Payhip, Etsy, WordPress, WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, and Meta Ads Manager.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any of these platforms. Their features, pricing, policies, and availability may change at any time, and such changes are outside our control. Some of them charge their own fees (for example, listing fees, subscription plans, or advertising spend), which are payable by you and are not included in the course fee. You are responsible for complying with each platform's own terms of service.
To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the course or this website shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us (₹1,500).
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of anticipated earnings, or losses arising from decisions you make based on the course content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We are not liable for delay or failure in delivering the course due to events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or power failure, platform outages, natural disasters, government action, medical emergency, or civil disruption. In such cases we will reschedule affected classes and notify participants.
If you have a complaint about the course or this website, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the course shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the current version. Continued use of the website or course after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
